Megan McQuiller is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with advanced specializations in strength and conditioning, muscle imbalance correction, and injury prevention. As a former collegiate athlete and nationally competitive powerlifter for Texas A&M University, Megan brings a strong foundation of athletic experience, discipline and performance-driven training to every session.
Growing up, Megan was actively involved in multiple sports and developed a deep-rooted love for movement, competition, and the connection between physical and mental wellness. That passion evolved into a career focused on helping others build strong, functional and resilient bodies – whether they’re youth athletes working to improve their game or adults looking to move and feel better in everyday life.
Megans approach to training is both science-based and personalized. She believes that great coaching goes beyond sets and reps – it’s about educating, empowering, and guiding clients to understand their bodies, correct imbalances, and move with purpose. Her sessions emphasize not just performance, but also long-term health, proper mechanics, and injury prevention.
In addition to her professional expertise, Megan is know for her energy, attention to detail, and genuine investment in her clients goals. She creates a motivating and supportive environment where athletes of levels can grow with confidence.
